Using GaN transistors in our power supplies allows for higher switching frequencies which in turn means more compact components and smaller power supplies. GaN also features better thermal performance than silicon which allows for more efficient cooling of the power supply, extending life and reliability that may otherwise be affected by heat damage. As well as the improved performance of GaN power supplies, the small footprint can mean a reduction in shipping and packaging costs for our customers, along with a more attractive power supply to power the end device.
Tiger Power Supplies have 4 ranges of GaN power supplies. Our 160W Gan power supply range. Our 200W GaN power supplies. Our 250W range and also our 300W series of GaN desktop power supplies. All 4 power ratings feature 62368-1 safety approval for ITE equipment. The 200W, 250W and 300W ranges also feature medical safety approval.
